Add my email to Sony Email on Android


Step 4 of the Set up my Workspace Email account series.

Add your Workspace email account to Sony Email on your Android device. Then you can send and receive business emails from your phone.

  1. Open Email.
    Tap the Email app icon
    • New users: you'll see the Welcome to Email screen, tap Get Started.
      Tap Get Started
    • Existing users: select Menu, tap Options and select Add account.
      Tap options and select Add account
  2. Enter your email address and tap Next.
    Enter email address, tap next
  3. Enter your email password and tap Next.
    Enter email password, tap next
  4. Select your preferred Syncing option and tap Next. (You can change this setting later in Account Settings.)
  5. Select your preferred Notifcation option and tap Next. (You can change this setting later in Account Settings.)

The Sony Email app auto-discovers your email account settings and loads your email.

If you want to add your email to another device, click Previous. If you're all set, head to the next step!
