What are AI credits?
Credits give you access to the powerful agent features and tools Airo AI Builder has to offer:
- You receive free credits monthly for Airo AI Builder.
- Credits are used when you perform an action that uses Airo AI Builder's agents (for example, using the Airo AI Builder chat).
- If you don't want to use credits, there are free ways to edit your app or site.
- Once you've used all your credits, you'll need to purchase more or wait for your monthly limit to reset.
What actions are free and don't require AI credits?
Actions that don't use AI credits include the ability to:
- View your app or site using
Preview. - Publish your app or site.
- Make changes to your code or files using
Code. - Make non-AI changes to your app or site using
Edit. - Connect a domain to your app or site.
- View your remaining AI credits and reset time.
- Upload images, videos or files using
Menu. - Edit, upload and manage your app or site visuals using
Media. - Restore your app to a previous version using History.
How do I know when I've run out of AI credits?
When you run out of credits, a message will appear that'll include the time your free monthly limit resets and the option to upgrade to add more credits.
How can I purchase more AI credits?
You can purchase more credits in your GoDaddy account.
- Sign in to your Airo AI Builder account.
- In the top-right, select
and then select Manage my plan. - Do one of the following:
- For a one-time credit purchase, select Buy Airo Credits, select your desired number of credits, and then complete the purchase. Add-on credits expire 1 year from the time of purchase.
- For a higher monthly credit limit, select Upgrade Plan, select your desired plan, and then complete the purchase. Unused monthly credits don't carry forward to the next month.

Where can I see my remaining AI credits?
You can view your remaining credits in Airo AI Builder.
- Sign in to your Airo AI Builder account.
- In the top-right, select and then select Manage my plan.
- Under Total AI Credits, see your remaining credits.
When will my AI credits renew or expire?
Your AI credits may renew on a different schedule than the billing for your Airo AI Builder plan, because AI credits renew on their own schedule.
- Sign in to your Airo AI Builder account.
- In the top-right, select and then select Manage my plan.
- Monthly AI Credits: Select Monthly AI Credits to see your monthly renewal date. For example, if your plan says it resets on May 28, 2027, your available credits will renew on the 28th of each month. Unused monthly credits don't carry forward to the next month.
- Add-on credits: Select Add-on credits to see when your credits expire. Add-on credits expire 1 year from the time of purchase.
Can I use AI credits for my other GoDaddy services or accounts?
Credits can only be used for Airo AI Builder in the GoDaddy account they were purchased from.
