Få tilgang til og slipp e -post i karantene ved hjelp av Advanced Email Security

Med Avansert e -postsikkerhet kan brukere og administratorer søke etter og slippe e -poster i karantene. E -poster blir satt i karantene når de mistenkes for å inneholde skadelig programvare eller phishing.

Avansert e -postsikkerhet kan sende meldinger i karantene som Microsoft 365 kanskje ikke gjør, og føre til at disse e -postene blir lagret i karantene for avansert e -postsikkerhet. Du kan gjennomgå meldinger i karantene og deretter bestemme hva som skal gjøres med dem, for eksempel å slippe eller slette dem.


  1. Logg på GoDaddy -siden for avansert e -postsikkerhet (bruk GoDaddy -brukernavnet og passordet ditt).
  2. Velg Logg på avansert e -postsikkerhet . Påloggingssiden åpnes.
  3. Angi e -postadressen din, velg Logg på og deretter Logg på med Microsoft .

  6. Select the tab that matches whether you're an admin or a user.
  1. Select Specific User, and then the email address that has quarantined messages.

  4. Select Search. This returns a list of quarantined messages for that user within the filters you specified.

  5. To act on a specific message, under Actions, select message preview eye icon in AES proofpoint Preview. From here, you can do the following:
    • Release: Release the message from quarantine to be delivered to the recipient's inbox.
    • Release and Report: Release the message from quarantine to be delivered to the recipient's inbox, and report it as a false positive (an email that was incorrectly marked as spam).
    • Delete: Remove the message from quarantine. The message will not be delivered to the recipient and cannot be recovered.
    • The list of options below the quarantined message preview for admins.
  6. To act on multiple messages, next to each message, select the checkbox. Above the list of messages, select Actions, and then one of the following:
    • Release from quarantine: Deliver the selected messages to the recipients’ inboxes.
    • Release and approve: Deliver the messages to the recipients' inboxes and add the sender to the Allow List, so future messages from the same sender are not quarantined.
    • Report as false positive: Mark the selected message(s) as legitimate email(s) that were incorrectly identified as spam.
    • Report as false negative: Mark the selected message(s) as spam or malicious, even though they were not quarantined.
    • Hide email from logs: Hide messages so that they won't appear in the log search.
    • Note: Reporting multiple messages as false positive or false negative is an admin-only feature.

Det kan ta opptil 24 timer før en e -post frigitt fra karantene vises i innboksen. Hvis det oppstår en feil, vent 5 minutter og prøv igjen.

Som standard oppbevares eller holdes e -post i karantene i 30 dager i karantene. En administrator kan endre oppbevaringsperioden i karantene -innstillingene for karantene.
