What is the storage capacity of my Microsoft 365 email plan?
Each Microsoft 365 plan has a storage capacity or the amount of email data it can accommodate. If your inbox is full and you’ve reached your plan’s storage capacity, your messages will bounce back and not be sent to their recipients.
Note: As of July 10, new and upgraded Online Business Essentials, Business Professional and Premium Security plans will receive 100 GB instead of the original 50 GB. This change will be gradually rolled out to existing plans.
These are each of the Microsoft 365 plans we offer and their storage capacity:
