Reply to contact form emails and chat widgets using Airo AI Builder Inbox

Keep updated on conversations with your app or site visitors by viewing, replying to and managing them all from the Airo AI Builder Inbox.

Required: You must have a published contact form or chat widget on your app or site.
  1. Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
  2. Go to your contact form or chat widget and perform a test submission, if the conversation doesn't appear in inbox Inbox, enter this prompt in the Airo AI Builder chat.
    Can we connect Inbox to my [insert contact form or chat widget]? Let me know if you need any information from me.
  3. (Optional) If you only want to see specific conversations, select a filter:
    • Unresolved: Someone is waiting for your response.
    • Waiting on Customer: You've replied and are waiting for a response.
    • Resolved: Conversations you've marked as resolved.
  4. Select a conversation you want to view.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • To reply, enter your message, and then select send-message Send message.
    • To mark a conversation as resolved, select Resolve.
