Add a chat widget to my Airo AI Builder app or site
Airo AI Builder includes chat capabilities, allowing visitors to send messages to a designated email address. It's a common way for apps and sites to generate leads, answer customer questions, receive feedback or close sales in a live, engaging experience.
Required: Visitors must accept cookie consent to view and use your chat widget.
- Go to your Airo AI Builder apps page and then select your app or site.
- Enter this prompt into the chat. Airo AI Builder will identify the current email settings, make updates and ask follow-up questions if needed:

- If asked by Airo AI Builder, enter the email address where chat notifications should be delivered. This can be any email address you choose.
- Once Airo AI Builder is done and you want the chat widget on your live app or site, select Publish.
